Presenting, Accelerate: Faster, Smarter IT and Business Operations, sponsored by IBM.

The era of AI and Automation is now.

No longer just an over hyped buzzword, AI is having a profound impact on businesses as a key catalyst for digital transformation. However, the journey to AI is fraught with challenges. Complexity is driving dependency and forcing CIOs to sacrifice innovation for stability. When deployed correctly, the initial promise of AI – detecting patterns and gaining insights from the past to improve the future – can become a reality.

This event has been curated to create interactive sessions, with dedicated tracks for AI Operations and Automation. Experts will deep dive on the latest innovations and lead discussions to share approaches that tackle challenges and swap war stories on one of the hottest topics impacting the industry today. This is a unique opportunity to network with distinguished engineers, IT leaders, and executives while working towards solutions on common challenges.

Join us to discuss how you can leverage the power of AI to achieve proactive incident resolution and automate labor-intensive processes. Winning the support of the business through top-to-bottom buy-in is a key focus for many IT Operations and Business Leaders.

AIOps Session - Intelligent Incident Management for AIOps

AIOps and ChatOps is transforming IT Operations from reactive to proactive operations targeting emerging incidents rather than customer-impacting incidents. ChatOps empowers high-performing, cross-functional and global or remote teams to investigate alerts generated from IT data and collaborate with key SMEs to resolve them from a single platform. In this demonstration session, I’ll walk us through a scenario of how an SRE or IT Ops engineer can use insights from Watson AIOps to accelerate time to detect, isolate, fix and resolve an incident without sending emails, making phone calls, or switching across different interfaces.

Automation Session - Jumpstart your Hyperautomation Journey

A hyperautomation journey promises to help eliminate and improve inefficiencies, manual processing errors, and other bottlenecks across your enterprise.  When deciding what types of work to automate, it can be difficult to figure out where to start. The first step is to gain a clear understanding of how your business operates. Process and task mining are the key to unlocking the value of hyperautomation by using historical data to dive deep into the business, create process maps, and identify where automation will help create the greatest impact for your enterprise. Join Harley and Max as they discuss the role process mining can play in jumpstarting your hyperautomation journey.

You will need to have access to a good internet connection, a webcam and a good quality audio system. We recommend the use of a headset to allow good quality sound and mic. We also recommend that you participate in a quiet environment to allow for limited background noise.

Ahead of the event itself, you will have the chance to demo the platform with our Producer so you can see what it's like and work through and technical questions you may have.

Who else will be there?

All our events are designed for a senior executive audience so you will be joined by senior peers.

Will we be able to ask questions during the session?

Absolutely! We love it when our participants take the reins and ask their own questions within the event. You are welcome to submit them ahead of time or feel free to raise them during the event!

Can we provide feedback to help drive improvements for future sessions?
